The second one had completely blown apart and landed on a minivan. Several workers were inside and hurt, but fortunately not badly (the driver of the minivan was fine too).

It was also directly above the boiler room and right next to the dumpsters outside, so you'd end up with interesting noises as the boiler did it's thing in the winter and the garbage trucks backed up the alley beeping away when the windows were open...
