Threshing Display393 viewsThe threshing display was pretty cool. Here you can see the separated grain going into the truck, and the huge haystack being formed in the background (which was what was getting baled in the previous pictures)

Model 70 Hi-Crop389 viewsMost of the tractors were strictly "Don't touch", but this particular one actually had a sign that said "Please climb on the tractor"! William was more than happy to oblige.

First Model 730 Shipped388 viewsThe plaque reads: "This 730 gas row crop was the first 730 to be shipped from the John Deere Waterloo Works. It was part of a group of three tractors that were shipped to Madison, Wis., on July 31, 1958. The other two tractors were a 530 and a 630, making that grouping the first 30 series tractors to leave the factory. This 730 was found in a barn in northern Illinois in the spring of 2006. A 240-hour restoration was just completed by Jeff McManus. It is proudly owned by the Darick L. Franzen family.
