840 Scraper819 viewsTim was quite enamored with this huge model 840 scraper, mainly because he played with a toy version of it as a kid. It was definitely fun to see the real thing, beautifully restored.

William with Waterloo Boy487 viewsWilliam poses excitedly with a beautifully-resored Waterloo Boy tractor. The Waterloo Boy was the first tractor sold by Deere, and is the reason that most Deere tractors are still produced in Waterloo, Iowa.

First Model 720 produced181 viewsThis 720 tractor had the serial number "7200000". It was the very tractor used in the Nebraska horsepower tests - the tests that provide the "official" horsepower specs for the entire model line. Interestingly enough, the tractor has been in the same family its whole life - they bought it from Deere a couple years after it was produced, and used it up until the late 1990's, when they decided to restore it.
