NewsBoys Rotating Drum PlatformIn this picture, the NewsBoys were doing drum duet (with their normal drummer and the lead singer on two different drumsets), both on a rotating platform that tilted entirely sideways! (view enlarged it for a better look).

Petra in ConcertHere's a somewhat better shot. 2001 was Petra's 29th year as a group -- it was GREAT to see them again. They still sounded awesome.

PetraSomehow, the average age of the crowd got noticably older when Petra took the stage. We overheard two teenagers talking -- one had never heard of Petra, and the other was trying to explain that Petra was one of the GRANDFATHERS of Christian rock!
