| Fourth of July 2006 |

For the Fourth of July holiday, we spent several days at Grandma's house in Iowa. There we saw 3 different Fireworks displays! And when we came back home, we saw yet another one the next night here in Plymouth. William had a lot of fun.

Energy, then out!He was energetic and happy right up through the laser light show right before the fireworks. Then he went out cold, and there was no waking him up, even for the fireworks! Of course, as soon as the fireworks were over and we started packing up, he was wide awake again.

BalloonWilliam had a lot of fun listening to the music and playing with his balloon.

Plymouth Fireworks, July 6.Fireworks #4 was here in Plymouth. They put on a great display synced to music, and have musical groups including the Minnesota Orchestra play for hours beforehand.

Clear Lake Fireworks, July 4On the actual 4th, we were in Clear Lake, Iowa for our 3rd fireworsk in 5 days, which has become sort of a tradition. They have a great display shot off of several barges over the lake.

SparklerThis is perhaps William's first sparkler. Keeping his faithful puppy (his first stuffed animal, given at the hospital right after his birth by Grandma) close by, he carefully looks on.
